Anyone got any new hobbies or something like that? Mine has been reading. I've been reading almost every night before I goto bed, and sometimes just whenever. It's a great thing to do to relax and get your mind off every day stress and into something you enjoy. Unlike movies, books seem to be a lot more involving, taking more thought, and more time. ^^ I've been reading books on evolution, which has really made me wonder about our school system and what we base our "facts" on. I don't care what standpoint you have, evolution is a freaking cult. And I've been reading my old Battletech novels which have really gotten me back into the whole world of it all and inspired me to draw some fan art of it, which I will hopefully finish and post. Last but not least. PC gaming. It's of course much different than console, and you can find and play awesome fun stuff for free! Can't do that on consoles. ^_~ Plus I've been so much into RTS games lately, so yah. Anyway, share some stuff you guys have been into lately, anything new or cool you've come across?

I've been thinking of getting into models (like airplanes or mecha stuff) but then I look at the fact that i'd have to spend money. -_- Some of this stuff is really expensive too.

Models are so relaxing! You should start out kinda simple, go to Michaels and get some paint packs and a couple models, it shouldn't be TOO spendy. When I was looking into them a little bit before I moved, they have (or had) a great selection of WWII stuff. I've thought about getting into them as well lately, I miss my BattleTech miniatures and putting them together and painting them...

Pretty sure! They say they have them on their site. I doubt they're that hard or anything, but to get into it maybe? I remember them having a lot of car models, but they did have airplanes and copters, maybe some ships? Can't remember, but they also sell model paints and primer as well. I used to get my model paint at Micheal's when I was painting my Battletech miniatures. Check it out next time your there, it may be a cheap way of getting into it. ^^
