It's both. I used my pen tablet (A mouse pad with sensors and a touch sensitive pen). I used photoshop to paint it using different kinds of brushes and pressure. Kinda like this, only this is sped up obviously. youtube.com/watch?v=r6voFFGZJI0I did the snow more or less by hand, I just added a blur filter to it once I was done to make it look like it was falling, rather than just sitting there. |
