I saw this a while ago, but I found it again. I almost cried the first time I saw it. 
The picture is of a 21 week old fetus who needed surgery because he had a birth defect. When performing the surgery, his hand came out of grasped the finger of the surgeon, and it was caught on camera.
The image is used for pro-life campaigns, as it would have been legal to abort a child within 21 or so weeks. The surgeon was also pro-abortion until this event. Either way, pro-life or not, it's a powerful image.
