Found a free webhost at 000webhost.com that let's you have 1.5 Gigs of space, 100 Gb of bandwidth and has PHP enabled. I tried installing phpBB (same message board script Otaku no Juku was using) and it worked just fine.
For kicks I tried installing an Image Board script, and it actually worked:
waspman.comyr.com/
Haven't gotten the Oekaki to work yet, though.

Anyway, if you need webspace I'd recommend www.000webhost.com

If you want to hit that up, you go right ahead, unless I am missing something... I am up for anything though, I don't mind changing things up a bit.
