Truth be told, I only read it out of habit. Not to mention I want to see where the author is going with all this. It was actually good at first, but has become bad in ways you're not even aware of from merely looking at this thread. They've been fighting the same group of villains non stop, with not a whole lot of story development, for like.. 6 or 7 years. Can't remember exactly but I know it was when we were going to TASS with Jordan. Sad, just sad. But at least it has some likable characters, unlike Naruto or One Piece - the other never ending shounen.

tl;dr: All the major events in the series, Ichigo obtaining power ups and defeating opponents much strong than himself to save his friends, Orihime and Sado obtaining powers, the creation of the Vaizards, probably even what Aizen has accomplished, etc. was because a magical desire-granting orb willed it so. LOL WHAT THE CRAP AM I READING

After reading Bleach the past few months I'd just like to point out that it has become Dragonball Z. Seriously, it has everything.. Hyperbolic Time Chambers where you can train without much time passing, villains who transform four or five times (seriously, Aizen has done this), characters who power up every couple of volumes (Ichigo has achieved like Super Saiyan 5 now. He's also now the strongest character in the series. Stronger than Aizen even, even though Aizen owned everything without transforming and he has transformed like four times since then. The heck), ridiculously sized energy blasts that level whole cities, etc. On some level I will probably always enjoy Bleach.. I've been reading/watching it for so long and the first couple of story arcs really were pretty good but d**n.. crap really is spiraling out of control. I think it's steadily been declining ever since the Soul Society arc. One of those situations where I think it would be a decent show if it ended early instead of being stretched out into oblivion. Sad thing is, Bleach still has many years to come too.. the writer ever said that Aizen isn't the final boss and that there's more story arcs to come.

Seriously, I saw the first several eps of Bleach and I would have not guessed it would have turned out like that.. While I is really made for the masses, and somewhat unimaginative to me, I didn't think it would sink to the depth of DBZ, lol. I hate it when shows become all about power leveling. Don't fan boys get that enough in WoW? Hero 1: "My super power level has reached level 231!!! PREPARE TO DIE!" Villain 862: "Pathetic" Hero 1: "What you say!?" Villain 862: "You think your power is greater? Mine power is greater than yours, and 50 billion of you combined onto one single planet focusing all your power into one great power and projecting your power to me. You cannot defeat me, for my power levels are 9 million billion!!!!!!!!! ARG!!!!!!!!!!!" Hero 1: "Gasp! You mean to say you are more powerful than I am in just a short amount of time? You are but 3 months old!! You mean to say you are some kind of super baby!?" Hero 2: "He's like.... MEGA BABY 2000!!!!" Hero 1: Wait... What if we used a pacifier on him?" Villain 862: I am waiting for your pathetic fight!" Hero 1: *Throws pacifier at him* Villain 862: *NOM NOM NOM NOM* Hero 1: "Holy crap it worked guys!! Even though it was the most unrealistic thing we've done in this show yet, the masses will love it and people will buy our mangas and dvds, only to await to see what happens next episode!!!"
