No lie. I am downloading the original Red Alert game right now.. I saw Meli playing Total Annihilation tonight, and had a craving to play a old-school RTS. Of course, I tried to find Dark Reign (still one of the best RTS games I've played), but could not find a free version. I tried the next on my list, and POOF. Sorry to have crushed your hopes and dreams... It will not work on 64-bit versions of Windows.... There are supposedly programs to aid it to work, but all of them either no longer exist, or they do not actually work... Sorry... -_-

I think I ran into the same problem. I also downloaded a exe that was supposed to make W7 read the game, but of course the program was also incompatible with W7 as well.... Someone wasn't thinking very hard when they programed it.
