Start ICCUP Launcher, uncheck LAN latency as it has problems with wireless routers, for Windows 7 users make sure Window mode is checked to fix colors bug and then just click "Play Brood War"
The ICCUP server will appear on the Battle.net server list.
Alt + F9 doubles/shrinks the StarCraft window.

Awesome. I'll have to try it out. I am really hoping to play BW tomorrow...
Will this allow for Justin and Scott to play a game on Bnet at the same time through the same router?

I don't know. I'm thinking probably not.. I tried searching for a solution online and the only real solution I've seen is stuff that requires specific routers, really complex configurations of that router and Brood War's registry. No mention of ICCUP but I wouldn't be surprised if it was the same, since it's a problem with how old the game is and how it's designed.
