Dunno if you can find it cheaper somewhere else but amazon.com has
the standard edition for $7.92. Game of the Year edition is $8.59, which includes more maps and features. Gold Edition is $10.10, which includes both Game of the Year edition and the Winter Assault expansion pack.
Winter Assault expansion adds the Imperial Guard race and costs about $7 by itself.
As far as expansions, Dark Crusade is probably the best one and includes the Necron and Tau races.
Then, lastly there is the Soul Storm expansion which adds Sisters of Battle and Dark Eldar.
All this is including shipping of course.
