Urban Terror (I've played it, and bots are NOT supported, but they can be enabled through simple scripting in-game). Very fun game, kind of a Counter-Strike meets Quake.

Alien Arena has bot support (up to 8 bots I think), and they have varying difficulty levels. This is basically a stripped down version of UT2K4 in a way. Very arcade-like, not realistic but fun. It has cool maps, lots of game modes and some interesting weapons. Sadly though, there are only like, 4 or 5 character models, and only 8 weapons.
